Product Description
Model series 20WS2618W, 20WS5218W and 20WS7818W are rubber-wood worktops developed as matching accessories for modular garage storage cabinet systems. This series of solid wood surfaces provides flat operating areas for tool sorting, mechanical maintenance and assembly work inside garages and factory repair zones, supporting unified workstation layout for commercial procurement batches.
All worktop units are processed and finished in a 50000 square meter ISO9001 certified production plant founded in 2013. The raw rubber wood panel adopts unified thickness specifications ranging from 30-38mm, and three fixed width sizes are reserved to match Kinbox modular base cabinets and top cabinets. The assembly structure removes complex installation steps, allowing on-site staff to complete matching with storage cabinets without specialized construction tools. All finished worktops are packed separately for combined shipment with steel cabinet units in one shipping container.
Each worktop uses rubber wood as the core raw material, processed into flat solid panels with uniform thickness options of 30mm and 38mm. The compact wood fiber structure reduces surface deformation under long-term placement of metal tools and heavy mechanical parts, matching daily continuous use requirements for business operations inside maintenance workshops. The surface maintains natural wood texture without extra glossy coating treatment, and regular wiping can clear workshop dust and light oil stains.
Three fixed width sizes are produced for cross matching with the full range of Kinbox garage storage cabinets: 26 inch, 52 inch and 78 inch. Single-size worktops can be used with single base cabinets, while multiple worktops can be spliced to form long continuous operating platforms for multi-station assembly lines. The reserved edge size of each panel aligns with the outer frame width of modular steel cabinets, eliminating gaps between cabinet top and wood surface after assembly.
The whole garage storage system adopts unified modular design standards. Industrial clients can purchase separate worktops to match existing cabinet combinations, or add extra wood panels when expanding storage modules in later business development cycles. No structural modification is required on steel cabinet frames to fit different width worktops, which supports staged facility upgrading plans for enterprise maintenance departments.
Pre-reserved positioning grooves are set on the bottom of each rubber wood worktop, corresponding to the top frame structure of modular steel cabinets. Operators only need to align the panel grooves with cabinet edges to complete placement fixation within minutes. No screws, glue or fixed connecting parts are required for matching installation, cutting down assembly time when deploying multiple garage workstations in batches.

This series of rubber wood worktops serves as supporting accessories for multiple industrial applications requiring standardized garage storage layout. For commercial procurement teams purchasing full sets of workshop storage equipment, the three fixed width sizes can form unified workstation combinations for auto repair garages, mechanical equipment overhaul rooms and factory assembly zones.
The separable packaging design allows mixed loading of worktops and steel cabinets into one shipping container for cross-border export orders sent to European, North American and Australian industrial clients. The solid wood surface fits light mechanical assembly, hand tool sorting and routine equipment inspection tasks, creating separated operating space above storage cabinets without extra independent workbench placement.
All rubber wood panels and matching steel cabinet frames are produced in Ningbo Kinbox’s standardized manufacturing base in Cixi, Ningbo. The complete production workflow includes wood cutting, surface sanding, edge trimming, sheet metal processing, welding and electrostatic powder coating for cabinet matching parts. An internal engineering team develops updated storage cabinet and supporting accessory designs every year based on global garage facility market trends. Batch production inspection records covering wood panel flatness and size tolerance can be provided upon request for large commercial procurement orders. Supporting storage equipment including cabinets and worktops are delivered to European regions including Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, alongside industrial clients in North America and Australia.
OEM branding service is available for full-container mixed orders combining cabinets and worktops, allowing buyers to print exclusive brand logos on worktop side edges. Sample wood panels can be arranged for pre-order material evaluation; buyers cover sample fees and delivery charges in advance, and the sample cost will be returned after formal mass order confirmation. Mixed loading of rubber wood worktops and different series steel cabinets is permitted for trial shipments, while single-item container loading is recommended for regular repeated bulk orders to streamline factory production scheduling. All prices displayed on the website serve as reference values, and formal written quotations will be issued after confirming order quantity, matched cabinet models and selected worktop thickness and width sizes.
