The 01RS3P6 6-drawer steel tool cabinet is designed for use in demanding industrial workshop environments. This storage solution helps organize tools and equipment, reducing search time and improving workflow efficiency. Manufactured with sheet metal processing technology, it incorporates multiple safety features and durable components to support daily industrial operations.
This tool cabinet features an anti-tilt self-locking system that allows only one drawer to open at a time. This design prevents cabinet tipping caused by center of gravity shift when multiple drawers are open simultaneously. A centralized locking system secures all drawers with a single key, protecting valuable tools from unauthorized access. Four corner bumpers provide impact protection during movement and placement.
The cabinet includes six drawers with varying depths to accommodate different tool sizes and types. Each drawer is equipped with stacked ball-bearing slides on both sides, enabling smooth, quiet operation and 100% full extension. The ball-bearing slides have a tested service life of over 50,000 opening and closing cycles. The top surface features an engineering plastic worktop with corrosion resistance properties and a concave area that prevents tools from slipping.
Four 125mm (5-inch) diameter ball-bearing casters support movement across uneven workshop floors. The casters include both brake and steering functions, allowing the cabinet to be securely positioned during use. The side panels feature integrated slots and holes for hanging tools and accessories, expanding storage capacity without additional floor space.
Aluminum alloy drawer handles provide comfortable operation and long-term durability. A full-width integrated soft-grip handle accommodates different user preferences and offers anti-slip properties. The handle is inserted into the cabinet body rather than extruded, creating a seamless appearance. Double-deck rubber edge protection along the cabinet edges enhances durability and prevents damage from impacts.
