This tool cart combines a 455-piece tool set, BMC tray organization and an upgraded metal panel structure, built for daily tool storage and transport in garage and commercial workshop environments. The metal panel upgrade enhances the cart’s structural rigidity, allowing it to adapt to frequent movement and heavy load conditions in industrial applications.
The cart body uses powder-coated steel construction, paired with upgraded metal side panels for improved structural stability. It is equipped with 7 drawers of varying heights, which accommodate tools of different sizes and support categorized storage. Each drawer is fitted with BMC trays to fix tool positions, reducing tool displacement during movement and shortening tool retrieval time. Users may also select EVA foam trays, EPS foam trays or blow molding trays based on specific usage scenarios. The top worktop is available in plastic or stainless steel options, providing a flat surface for temporary part placement and small on-site assembly tasks. Side walls feature square hole perforation, which supports installation of various external accessories to expand storage capacity.
All drawers are equipped with ball-bearing slides, which support more than 50,000 times of open and close operations. The slide structure enables smooth drawer operation even under full load, reducing jamming and wear during long-term use. This design adapts to high-frequency access scenarios in commercial workshops and maintenance stations.
The cart adopts a centralized locking system, which controls the opening and closing of all drawers through a single lock mechanism.
